Winnie is a stray I found at Bachman lake. She was not beautiful but she was suffering. I felt I had to help her. I did the best I could and it turns out that it wasn't good enough. I'm haunted by the fact that better things didn't come her way.
So, this blog isn't just about Winnie. It's about dogs like Winnie. They are strays or unwanted dogs. They are "nobody's dog".
